The Isle of Harris has a unique flora & fauna and incredible unspoilt scenery - it has been described as being like "the-surface-of-the-moon" with rocky bays and headlands on the East coast - Flodobay is perhaps I think the prettiest of these bays. The jetty appears to be starting to crumble slightly.. The concrete encasing the rubble used to construct the jetty many years ago is beginning to show wear and is cracking (Oct 2010.) It will be shame if this cant be attended to. |
