In the summer, thesevcvc dainty common gulls rear their young chicks. In the summer months here in the Western Isles, these birds the common gulls rear their chicks. The male and females will have taken part in building the nests in the undergrowth. Despite its name, these birds not at all common in some inland areas, though often abundant on the coast.
