Mangersta sands (Traigh Mangurstadh) is one of the finest beaches in The Isle of Lewis, Western Isles. The Atlantic waves pound the shore such that they have crushed shells to a silky fine consistency to make the beautiful white sand. The sea here can be so wild that you really wouldn't swim in it. The waves crashing about are spectacular. I hope you enjoy looking at the photographs below.
