Huisinis - Isle of Harris - Hebrides - Western Isles Photos

Huisinish - not one but two lovely beaches with a further beach a few miles scramble away - Traigh Mheilein. The first beach you see as you drive to the end of the lovely winding road - is a stretch of golden sands - with aqua blues seas. The second beach - and lovely jetty - is to the North side - accessed by a sandy track. You can drive down the short track which leads to North Huisinis, from where you can view the Island of Scarp - and indeed walk to Traigh Mheilein - another beautiful beach
