Western Isles - Pink and Red Wild Flowers - Wildflowers & - Hebrides Flowers
The Hebrides has a great diversity of wild flowers - and the pink and red wildflowers are perhaps some of the prettiest as they include many of the wild orchids, the heathers, the bog bean, the ragged robin and the English Stonecrop.In the late spring and summer the beautiful machair with its many types of wild flowers interwoven - a rare carpet of flowers - only to be seen in the Western Isles.
